Cyclone warning signal 1 has been lifted in 10 areas in the Visayas as Tropical Depression Crising is expected to weaken into a Low Pressure Area (LPA) while making landfall over Hernani, Eastern Samar.
In its 5 p.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS)1 remains raised in six areas in Northern Cebu, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, Biliran, and Leyte.
